# How to whitelist a file

# from windows defender

  1. Click the windows key
  2. Write "settings"
  3. Go to Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & Threat Protection
  4. Click "Manage settings"
  5. Scroll Down and click on "Add or remove exclusions"
  6. Click "Add an exclusion and choose folder"
  7. Locate the folder and click "Select folder"

  1. On an empty page press "CTRL+J"
  2. Click "Conserve" On the blocked file
